MEET OUR FOUNDER
Our Founder Andi is a very keen surfer, a mother of one and a dedicated wife.
Andi recently moved to Mullaway (from Sydney) with her husband and daughter. She feels back at home having grown up just North, in Yamba.
Having worked in the industry for years, Andi found the need for a supportive, uplifting and educational environment to allow mamas to learn functional movements safely, pelvic floor activation and deactivation, safely aligning this through exercise, skills and activities to help support a mother’s everyday life.
Salty Movements was created to help encourage mums to do all the things they love.
Andi’s main reason for success with Salty Movements is her passion for functional, safe and correct movement, connecting like minded women together as well as, enabling her clients to feel safe and comfortable while still aiming to challenge them, so they can always feel their best.
Andi genuinely cares and is passionate about helping women to move without pain and limitations and really just enjoying their life and their children to the fullest
