Looking to target your lower body and deep core? Look no further than our Core & Booty class!
This session combines strength and some cardio with fun, creative programming designed to engage your glutes, legs, and core in the best ways possible. Whether you’re building strength, improving endurance, or toning those key areas, this class has you covered.
Get ready to sweat, smile, and feel the burn in all the right places!

Our OG class and a crowd favorite! This session blends strength training, functional movements, and just the right splash of cardio to get your heart rate up.
Designed as a well-rounded workout, this class focuses on movements that mimic daily activities, helping you build strength, stability, and mobility for everyday life. Delivered in a fun and engaging circuit style, you'll rotate through stations with moderate time at each, keeping the energy high and the variety exciting.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this class ensures you’re moving with purpose—and having fun while doing it!

GROUP CLASSES
An all inclusive and empowering session our group classes are delivered in circuit style training, the structure of each class is pre-programmed.
Progressions and regressions are evaluated and delivered directly to each client in class when required.
We have a beautiful womens community so come along and join us for your next weekly sweat.

PERSONAL TRAINING
1-1 personalised fitness training to achieve your health and fitness goals lead by a qualified trainer with over 10 years of industry experience specialising on mums and women.
When purchasing your 1-1 personal training we will identify your health and fitness goals, create an action plan to work on moving forward, fitness analysis’s and identifying any weakness, limitations or barriers that we can work on together.
You will have access to ongoing support and information from your trainer with personalised at home workouts to take with you.

30 min session - $65.00
45 min session - $95.00
1 hour session - $105.00
PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS
An all inclusive and empowering session of up to 5 of your friends or colleagues to workout together in a womens only space.
We collectively gather your goals across the group and tailor a program to suit you all. Progressions and regressions can be easily catered too in the sessions as well so everyone gets the workout and level they are after.
These sessions are by appointment only so get your girl gang together and get moving at a time that works best for you - get in touch below to book. (*please note: one payment in full will be made by a group delegated person and costs can be shared privately between the participants)
RETURN TO MOVEMENT
Return to movement postpartum is for our newly postpartum mamas looking to return to movement confidently and safety after bubba.
This 8 week program will help you on your journey, no matter what stage you are at, to get you moving again safely. We incorporate your own personalised goals into the next 8 weeks focusing on strength, functionality and connection through a beautiful mama community.
8 week program - Ideal for beginners and postpartum
