Salty Hybrid
A combination of strength and conditioning designed to challenge your fitness and build overall capacity. You’ll move between lifting and higher intensity efforts, improving both strength and endurance in a dynamic format. -
Salty Strength
Full body strength training centred around compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts and presses, paired with short conditioning elements. This class follows structured programming to help you progressively build strength, improve technique, and increase overall fitness and capacity. -
Booty & Core
A lower body focused class designed to build strong, capable glutes and a stable core. Expect a mix of compound lifts and unilateral work to improve balance, control, and strength, with core integrated throughout to support movement and posture. -
Functional
A movement-based class designed to support how you move in everyday life. Combining strength, mobility, and stability work, this class helps improve coordination, body awareness, and resilience both in and out of the gym. -
Salty Upper (NEW)
Upper body strength training focused on developing strength and confidence through your back, shoulders, and arms. This class supports posture, improves pulling and pushing strength, and helps create a balanced, well-rounded body. -
Sculpt
A mat Pilates-inspired class focused on slow, controlled, low-impact movement. Designed to strengthen your deep core, improve posture, and increase mobility while creating a strong mind-body connection. -
The Basics (NEW)
A supportive, entry-level class focused on building strong foundations. Ideal for beginners or those returning to training, including pregnancy-safe options. This class emphasises technique, control, and confidence at your own pace. -
Express Move (NEW)
A time-efficient 30-minute session designed to get you moving, lifting, and feeling good—fast. Perfect for busy schedules, while still delivering a structured and effective workout.
GROUP CLASSES
An all inclusive and empowering session our group classes are delivered in circuit style training, the structure of each class is pre-programmed.
Progressions and regressions are evaluated and delivered directly to each client in class when required.

PERSONAL TRAINING
1:1 personalised fitness training designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, led by qualified trainers with many years of industry experience and a strong specialisation in women’s health.
When you commence 1:1 personal training, we take the time to understand your health and fitness goals, complete a fitness assessment, and identify any strengths, weaknesses, limitations or barriers. From here, we create a clear, personalised action plan to support you moving forward safely and confidently.
You will receive ongoing support from your trainer, including personalised at-home workouts and guidance to help you continue progressing outside the studio.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS
An inclusive and empowering training experience designed for up to four friends or colleagues, delivered in a supportive, women-only space.
Private Group Training allows you to move, train and stay accountable together while still receiving personalised coaching. We collectively gather the goals of the group and tailor each session to suit everyone involved. Progressions and regressions are easily accommodated, ensuring every participant is challenged at a level that feels right for them.
These sessions are ideal for friends, mums, or colleagues looking to train together while still receiving individual attention.
Sessions are by appointment only, allowing you to train at a time that works best for your group.

RETURN TO MOVEMENT
Return to movement postpartum is for our newly postpartum mamas looking to return to movement confidently and safety after bubba.
This 8 week program will help you on your journey, no matter what stage you are at, to get you moving again safely. We incorporate your own personalised goals into the next 8 weeks focusing on strength, functionality and connection through a beautiful mama community.
