What We Offer:

Salty Strength
Full body strength training centred around compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts and presses, paired with short conditioning elements. This class is designed to progressively build strength while also improving overall fitness and capacity. Expect structured programming that supports long-term results.

Booty & Core

Salty Upper (NEW)
Upper body strength sessions designed to build confidence and capability through your back, shoulders and arms. This class supports posture, improves upper body strength, and balances out lower body dominant training.

Functional

Salty Hybrid
A combination of strength and conditioning designed to challenge your fitness and build overall capacity. You’ll move between lifting and higher intensity efforts, improving both strength and endurance in a dynamic format.

The Basics (NEW)
A supportive, beginner-friendly class focused on learning foundational movements and building confidence. Also suitable for pregnancy-safe training, with a strong emphasis on technique, control and moving at your own pace.

Express Move (NEW)
A quick and effective 30-minute session designed to fit into busy schedules. Expect a well-structured workout that gets you in, moving, and feeling good—without needing a full hour.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Our Founder – Andi

Andi is a passionate coach, surfer, mum of one, and the heart behind Salty Movements.

She and her family have called Mullaway home for the past few years, making the move from Sydney after the birth of their daughter. Having grown up back up north in Yamba and always being by the ocean, returning to the small-town coastal life feels like coming home.

With years of experience in the fitness industry, Andi recognised a gap-there wasn’t a space where women could feel truly supported, educated, and confident in their training, especially through life stages like pregnancy and postpartum. What started as a passion for helping mums move safely and rebuild strength has grown into something much bigger.

Today, Salty Movements has evolved into a dedicated women’s fitness studio, supporting women through all stages of life-from early training years, pregnancy and postpartum, through to perimenopause and menopause. While postpartum health remains a strong foundation of what we do, our focus has expanded to helping all women build strength, move well, and feel confident in their bodies.

Andi’s approach centres around functional, safe, and effective movement. She is deeply passionate about creating a women’s safe space-where you can show up as you are, feel supported, and be challenged in a way that builds confidence, not pressure.

At the core of Salty Movements is connection. Bringing like-minded women together, building confidence through movement, and helping every client feel strong, capable, and at ease in their body.

Andi genuinely cares about helping women move without pain or limitation, so they can show up fully in their lives, enjoy their families, and continue doing the things they love.
