

Having a supportive space to nurture my postpartum body with Andi’s extensive knowledge has been a godsend. The home workouts and weekly check-ins are specific for each mum and individualised. Andi knows our individual strengths and weaknesses and adjusts each circuit workout with different options to suits those differences. I absolutely love the wind-down at the end to catch up with the mums and socialise with our babies! Andi’s nature is very warm, friendly and genuine being a mum herself she understand all the hurdles of motherhood.

The 8 wk program definitely helped my body and mind after pregnancy and partum. Andi is a very knowledgeable and experienced coach who prepares great, fun and dynamic circuits. She also understands what is like to be a new Mum and helps with bubs to let Mummas exercise. Everyone is on their own fitness journey and Andi ensures each has a plan to achieve their goals. I feel more confident with exercise and my fitness improved greatly after the 8 weeks.
